So I've finally conquered Year 2! Came home and started cleaning the room and couldn't stop till I'm done with what I planned to do. And that's exactly what I love about exams. It gets me into a routine, and forces me to maximise my time every single day. Every single minute counts especially during the exam period. I've been studying continuously for 2 months plus? Every single day was a grind and today's been the day I've been looking so forward to!
Last year, I've mishandled things and looking back, I've gained more than I've lost. This year I gained more knowledge and forged really great friendships in schools, friends who stuck by me for the past two months. I wouldn't have made it through without the support of my battle mates.
I've learnt that things are always within our control and it's always up to us whether we want to gain control of things. And that's what I love about exam, it's grueling and the days are long, but it teaches you discipline, perseverance and stress management. I would prefer looking at exams from this perspective.
So much has changed between 2015-2016. I've made plans for this summer and I'm going to stick by it. This summer I'm going to stick around my favourite people who stuck by me through hard times and those who are going to make a positive influence in my life. SUMMER 2016, I'M SO READY FOR YOU!
